Why is there a setup fee?
It pays for a real engineer connecting Spire, checking your data, configuring Tinsmith for your trades and trucks, and training your office and field teams over the first month.
What happens when we grow?
Your price is set by team size bands, not per user, so adding a person or two doesn’t change it. If you move into a bigger band, we’ll tell you before anything changes.
Is our Spire licence included?
No. Your Spire licence stays between you and Spire. Tinsmith connects to the Spire you already have. If you’re moving to Spire, Gemini Logic is an authorised Spire partner and can help with that too.
Are there extra charges for Spire add-ons or custom work?
Extra Spire companies, custom fields or bespoke workflows are scoped with you up front and written into your proposal, so there are no surprises.
Do techs need company phones?
No. Tinsmith runs in the browser on iPhone and Android and installs to the home screen, so personal or company devices both work.
